Onsite callout
$99First hour at your home or office, anywhere in the ACT. $60 each additional half hour. Waived entirely if the repair goes ahead in the workshop.
Remote support
$60Per half hour over a secure screen-sharing session. Free if we can't resolve it.
Virus and malware removal
$120Full offline scan, removal, browser repair, account exposure check and protection set up.
Full tune-up
$140Clean-out, new thermal paste, startup audit, driver and firmware updates, storage clean-up.
Clean Windows install
$150Including data backup, drivers, updates and moving your files and programs back.
SSD upgrade
$120 + driveEverything cloned across so the machine starts up exactly as it was, only much faster.
RAM upgrade
$70 + partsCompatibility checked first, memory profile enabled and stability tested.
Laptop screen replacement

Charging port repair

Data recovery
from $180From failed, formatted or corrupted drives. No recovery, no fee. Physically damaged drives needing a clean room are quoted separately.
Backup setup

Wi-fi and network setup

New device setup

Custom PC build labour

Small business support
$130/hrOnsite, business hours, no contract or minimum. Prepaid blocks of ten hours available at a reduced rate.
All prices include GST. Parts are charged at cost and itemised on your invoice. Students and pensioners take 10% off labour. Evenings and weekends are the same price as weekdays.
